  Tesco验厂由QMS和COC组成，即质量管理系统和社会责任，但是主要关注质量管理体系部分，COC部分大致分为：公司程序文件，员工工资工时考勤，员工福利，职业健康安全，工厂现场消防安排，社会责任程序文件，QMS部分大致分为：生产能力评估，金属利器管控，生产质量管理。要求比较高，报告Tesco接受才视为通过。
